UAT-7810 is a Chinese advanced persistent threat (APT) actor responsible for maintaining and proliferating LapDogs, an Operational Relay Box (ORB) network. The group develops custom malware such as ShortLeash and LONGLEASH to compromise internet-facing networking devices and expand its infrastructure for secondary threat actors.
