Intel Declines to Mitigate Interrupt Injection Attack

Intel does not consider a mitigation necessary for the Interrupt Injection attack, stating exploitability depends on many factors and that existing guidance covers the technique. The company paid a discretionary bug bounty bonus. Researchers believe an end-to-end attack is possible on Intel by combining the primitive with existing disclosure gadgets.
